Thanksgiving Day is a very American holiday. As TR said above, it should be a time not only to count our own blessings, but also to contemplate how to improve our souls and that of our country. As take time off to celebrate this week, let’s remember those here and elsewhere who still yearn for the liberty we enjoy and the American Dream we have achieved.
